HemiRehab app has been developed to manage the three exercise of Upper Limbs. The app will be great help for those who need to perform upper limbs movements on regular basis for stretching and strength.
You need an Apple Watch to use the main features of the app. The iPhone only shows the basic information and instructions to use the app on Apple Watch.
The supported exercises are three Range of Motion (ROM) of upper limbs: Elbow Extension-Flexion, Shoulder Extension Flexion, and the Wrist Pronation-Supination. If the user is performing one of the above ROM correctly while the app is running on the Apple Watch, the app keeps recognizing the ROM using the machine learning model and helps the user to complete the exercise. The user can set the exercise reminders and see the weekly progress.
HemiRehab uses ResearchKit API for onboarding purpose. Onboarding simply shows the privacy and disclaimer statements. In the next release we intend to use more features of ResearchKit and CareKit, and integrating them with the HealthKit.

1. Install the app on iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Run the app on iPhone and complete few simple steps. Read instructions to use app on Apple Watch.
3. Start app on Apple Watch. Select a ROM to improve, set a reminder, or check the weekly progress.
